A top-manager from the Shtokman Development has become Deputy Minister of Russia for Oil and Gas sector

he former top-manager of Shtokman Development, K. Molodtsov, has been appointed the Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia for Oil and Gas issues.
The responsibility of Mr. Molodtsov will include the issues of the perspective development of the fuel and energy sector, customs-tariff, tax and investment policy, realization of joint projects, transfer of technologies and rise of the investment attractiveness of the enterprises of the fuel and energy sector.
