Smolensk to construct the largest – after the Sakhalin’s one – LNG plant

A natural-gas liquefaction manufacturing complex with capacity of 150 thousand tons per year will be constructed in the Kholm-Zhirkovsky district of the Smolensk region by 2016. As the Rossiskaya gazeta writes, according to preliminary assessment, at least 10 billion rubles will be invested into the complex construction.
