Omsk refinery to invest over $1.5 billion into upgrade before 2015

The Omsk refinery has started to work out design and estimate documentation of industrial facilities, on which the construction and upgrade are planned within the second stage of the plant's development through until 2020, aimed at the increase of the oil processing depth, the enterprise’s press release reports.
According to the medium-term investment program, in 2013-2015 Gazpromneft will invest over 50 billion rubles ($1.58 billion) into the upgrade of the Omsk refinery.
