Naftogaz and Gazprom will discuss foundation of a consortium for governance over the Ukrainian GTS next week, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine E. Stavitsky says. Commenting about the gossip appeared in mass-media that Russia postponed the negotiations about foundation of the consortium, he says that he knows nothing about that.
