Net loss of TMK under IAS made up $217 mln in 2014

​The revenue of TMK fell by 7% in 2014 to $6.009 bln from $6.432 bln. The corrected EBITDA fell by almost 16% to make up $804 mln.

TMK OJSC made a net loss of $217 mln against $215 mln of net profit in 2013.

The profitability by EBITDA fell to 13% from 15% in 2013. Gross profit fell by 14% to $1.169 bln.

As of December 31st 2014 the company’s total debt fell to $3.223 bln against $3.546 bln as of September 30th 2014 on the background of the rouble’s weakening to dollar. The net debt by the end of 2014 made up $2.969 bln compared to $.508 bln as of the end of September.

In Q4 2014 the net loss of TMK made up $254 against $7 mln on the results of Q3 2014. The revenue fell insignificantly – to $1.5 bln from $1.526 bln. The corrected EBITDA rose by 12% to $227 mln (in Q3 - $202 mln).
