Kiev used 26 mln cubic m of Russian gas so far in March

On March 1-3 the Ukraine imported 26.171 mln cubic m of gas from Russia, Ukrtransgas reports.
On March 3rd Gazprom supplied 10.379 mln cubic m of gas to the Ukraine, on March 2nd-11.315 mln cubic m, on March 1st - 4.477 mln cubic m.
In late February Naftogas made an advance payment of $15 mln for supplies in March assuring that it would take 10 mln cubic m of gas daily. The official representative of Gazprom, S. Kupriyanov, said that the prepaid funds are enough for the gas supply until the morning of March 6th.
The Minister of Energy of the Ukraine, V. Demchishin, on Wednesday said that Naftogas Ukrainy is ready to make the next advance payment in March but it would be small.
