Gazpromneft increases oil reserves at Chona project in Eastern Siberia by almost 60%

Gazpromneft has significantly increased reserves in Eastern Siberia. As a result of exploration works in 2014, the  increase in recoverable oil reserves of C1 + C2 categories amounted to 78.58 million tons (+ 58.9%), gas - 33.8 billion cubic meters (+ 13.8%). As a result, the total oil reserves at fields of the Chona project are estimated at 212.5 million tons (C1 + C2), gas – at 278.3 billion cubic meters (C1 + C2), the press center of Gazpromneft reports.
