Taganrog Metallurgical Plant (TAGMET) belongs to the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) , is qualified by one of the largest oil companies in the Middle East - Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) - as an approved supplier of premium threaded connections TMK UP PF and TMK UP PF ET.
TMK has long worked with KOC, TAGMET and VPP (the Volgian Pipe Plant) supplied OCTG to the Kuwaiti company.
