The Court declared Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant named after Kuzmin bankrupt.

The Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region declared Novosibirsk Metallurgical Plant named after Kuzmin (NMP) bankrupt because of its 2.7 billion roubles debt and appointed the bankruptcy trustee.

The court declared the plant insolvent and introduced a monitoring procedure for a period of six months - until September 3rd, 2014. The NMP representative Yuri Korh submitted the documents to the court of more than 3 billion roubles debt. 2.7 billion roubles was the company's debt for the supply of raw materials and 280 million roubles – for to the contract of debt assignment.
