OJSC “Verchnechonskneftegas” (VCNG) is about to re-elect the Board of Directors at a special shareholders meeting on May 20, is said in a statement of the company.
The shareholder register, which has a right to participate at the meeting, is closed as of February 27, 2013. Information about the candidates is not disclosed. The current Board of Directors was confirmed at a special meeting on January 15, 2013. RIA “Novosti” reports.
