On March 4 2013, Rosneft Board of Directors held the session and decided to execute the annual shareholders meeting on June 20 2013. The list of persons authorized to participate in the annual shareholders meeting will be compiled by May 6 2013, the end of the operational day. The Board of Directors also set the date for the finish of accepting of the bulletins for voting, the post addresses where the completed voting papers should be sent and the mode for announcement to the shareholders about holding of the common meeting.
