“60-66” experiment cost 122 bln roubles to the oil sector

The Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economic Development, FAS, Federal Customs Service and Rostekhnadzor have summarized the results of the system in 2012. As a result of the “60-66” system application the lost income of the federal budget in 2012 made up 122 bln roubles, the Ministry of Finance counted.
