Ukrnafta says that fall in Brent price below $33 to be problem for the company

Chairman of the Ukrnafta’s Board Mark Rollins has stated that the company builds its a budget for 2016 based on an average price of Brent oil at $33 per barrel and the price drop below that level will be a problem for it.
