"Rosneft" refuses to deal with Lukoil over the disputed site.

After six months of hard fighting with Lukoil and the RF Ministry of Environment for the East Taimyr license lot "Rosneft" suddenly refused to continue the litigation. Thus, Lukoil may receive the license as soon as next week. The reason for "Rosneft" refusing to fight is not completely clear: it is not excluded that the state company could negotiate in return the receipt of some preferences for other projects.
