Rosneft and Statoil ASA agree on guarantees

Rosneft has approved an agreement with Statoil ASA on ensuring fulfillment of the production of Domanik hydrocarbon reserves in the Samara region. The price of the guarantee is $69 million, the website of Rosneft reports.
Participants of the project are subsidiary of Rosneft RN-Foreign projects and Statoil Global New Ventures 2 AS (Norway).
