Lukoil closes deal on sale of 44 filling stations in the Czech Republic to MOL

Lukoil Czech Republic sro, a subsidiary of Lukoil, has closed a deal on sale of 44 filling stations in the Czech Republic to MOL,MOL reports.
The amount of the transaction wwasn’t disclosed.
MOL Group is now the operator of 192 filling stations, branded by Slovnaft, Pap Oil and Lukoil.
