Donetsk refused to give 2 mln tons of coal to Kiev

The administration of the Donetsk National Republic said that it wouldn’t give coal stored at the mines of Donbass to the Ukraine’s Government. As a result of the coal deficit 5 thermal power plants might be shut down in the Ukraine the next few days.
