Russia to increase oil supplies to Belarus up to 20.7 mln tons in 2013

Russia is about to increase oil supplies to Belarus to 20.7 million tons in 2013 from the current 18.5 million tons. The budget of Belarus considers 23 million tons. The press-service of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation does not disclose information on the causes.
