Rosneft and Gazpromneft got offers to purchase “Burneftegas”

Rosneft ( ROSN -1,71%) and Gazpromneft (SIBN +0,57%) got offers to purchase “Burneftegas”, controlled by businessman O.Burlakov, Kommersant writes citing the sources, close to the situation.
Burneftegas owns producing assets in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra. The oil reserves exceed 50 million tons, the appraised value of the resources make up $1 billion. Burneftegas has a debt of $200 million and problems with oil transportation. They refused to give any comments in the companies. They said in Rosneft the decision has not been taken yet.
