Ministry of Economic Development increases its oil extraction outlook to 522 million tons in 2013

Ministry of Economic Development expects that this year oil extraction will make up 522 million tons against 518.7 million tons in 2012.
Previously the Ministry supposed, the oil extraction would make up 520 million tons.
