The EC has agreed the transaction between Gazprom and Wintershall on assets exchange

The EC has admitted the transaction between Gazprom and Wintershall Holding GmbH, the subsidiary of Wintershall on assets exchange. They reported before that Gazprom and Wintershall Holding GmbH presented for coordination in the EC the documents on the transaction for assets exchange with the orienting date of closure of the agreement on December 5 2013. The companies are going to close the transaction in 2014.
