Bashneft launches new plant for producing elemental sulfur

Bashneft has launched a new production line of the plant for producing elemental sulfur (UPES) at the production site of its branch Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim. The investment in the project made up 2.4 billion rubles, the press centre of the company reports.
The opening ceremony was attended by the head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, president of Bashneft Alexander Korsik and head of the Ufa administration Irek Yalalov.
