The Ukraine will buy 1 million tons of coal from the SAR

The first batch of coal for the Ukrainian heat power plants is being prepared for dispatch, the Premier of the Ukraine A. Yatsenyuk says. The Ukrainian power generation suffers from a considerable energy coal deficiency due to the conflict in the Donetsk region, and the Ukraine has to close import contracts. The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine evaluates the current reserves at the Ukrainian heat power plants as insufficient and enough for 50 days if in the best optimistic situation. The coal deficiency will be compensated for with the supplies from the SAR, New Zealand, Australia and probably the USA.
