Novatek is going to sign within G20 Summit the final agreement with CNPC about the Yamal LNGproject with a 20% shareholding. Novatek and CNPC closed at the St. Petersburg Economy Forum the agreement for cooperation in Yamal LNG. The agreement presupposes the closure of the long term agreement for supplies to China of at least 3 million tons of LNG a year. It also contains the clauses of active support of CNPC in the attraction of external financing to the project from the Chinese financial institutions.
