Launch of Zhongda oil refinery in Kyrgyzstan is postponed for indefinite term

The Chinese company,the China Petrol Company Zhongda has postponed for an indefinite term the launch of Zhongda oil refinery in Kyrgyzstan. Today the commission of the company will discuss at the special session the reasons for one more failure of the construction.
