Azerbaijan is ready to participate in mini oil refineries construction in Afghanistan, the Minister of Industry and Energy of Azerbaijan N. Aliyev says at the meeting with the Minister of Oil of Afghanistan V. Shakhrani. Mr. Aliyev emphasizes that Azerbaijan is ready to make investment in Afghanistan and develop cooperation with the state in the sphere of innovations.
