The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has refused to permit thelend-lease of the gas pipeline system and underground gas storages without their right to convey.
170 deputies have voted for the adoption of a bill No4116a at minimum required 226 votes, “Ukrainskiye novosti” reports.
