The telephone negotiations on gas issues between the EU Energy Commissioner, Guenther Oettinger and the Russian Energy Minister, Alexander Novak on Friday, July 4th, have been canceled; presumably they will take place on Monday, July 7, a representative of the Russian Ministry reported to the RIA Novosti.
She explained that the reason for the cancellation of the negotiations as having a technical nature.
