Kazakhstan and Russia negotiate about fuel oil supplies to the boundary regions

The Ministry of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan and their Russian colleagues negotiate about fuel oil supplies to the boundary regions, the Minister of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan U. Karabalin says. It’s cheaper than delivering fuel oil from Kazakh oil refineries located at a distance of 2,000 km each. At the same time, it’s much cheaper to deliver Kazakh fuel oil to some Russian regions. The closure of the agreement about foundation of the Eurasian economy union enables to us solve the points. The Minister explains that in the future the notion of target imports of fuel and lubricants will disappear with foundation of the common oil and oil products market within the Eurasian economic union.
