Gazprom is going to build an LNG plant in Tomsk region

Gazprom has announced the invitation to tender for the development of the design specifications and cost estimates for the construction of an LNG plant in Tomsk region.

It will be built near the gas distribution station of Kargala in the Shegarsky district. The plant will be able to gasify boilers, enterprises and over 4 thousand apartments and private housing estates in Bakchara, Podgorny, Teguldete and Voronovka.

Gas acceptance, storage and regasification system will be located near these settlements.

The winner of the tender is to agree to LNG production technology, design the general plan of the facilities and carry out engineering investigations and the construction cost estimate.

The initial value of the contract makes up more than 196 million roubles. Applications are accepted until July 17th, 2014 inclusively. The work must be done during 6 months from the conclusion of the contract.
