Slavneft decreases total amount of dividends for 2012 by 5 times to 1.8 billion rubles

Shareholders of Slavneft – the joint parity venture of Gazpromneft and BP-TNK – have decided to pay final dividends for 2012 in the amount of 0.06 rubles per one ordinary share, the company reports.

As a result, 285.254 million rubles of the net profit under RAS will be transferred for the payment of final dividends. In 2012, the Slavneft’s net profit under RAS decreased 2.2 times to 3.496 billion rubles.

In the first nine months of 2012, the Slavneft’s interim dividends made up 1.521 billion rubles (0.32 rubles per one share). By results of 2012, the total amount of dividends will make up 1.806 billion rubles.
