Lukoil to go further and deeper in the Caspian Sea

Lukoil continues to invest into exploration and production of one of the most perspective regions of the company’s presence – shelf of the Caspian Sea. By the end of 2013, Lukoil intends to start exploratory drilling at the Khazri structure. The start of production in case of the discovery of industrial reserves of hydrocarbons will be in 2018-2019. The jack-up drilling rig Neptun is also planned to be used for the drilling at the Titonskaya structure in 2014. In case of the resource potential is confirmed, the production at the structure may start in 2014.
