On July 31, Yamal LNG JSC shareholders will discuss an incease of the authorized capital of the company via an additional stocks placement. The company realizes Yamal LNG project proposing the construction of an LNG plant with the annual capacity of 16.5 million tons at the resource base of the South Tambey deposit. The proven and probable gas reserves at the deposit are 907 billion cubic m. The realization of the project proposes the creation of transport infrastructure including a sea port and an airport nearby Sabetta. The shareholders are Novatek with 80% and Total with 20%.
