Russian oil export to Europe are down due to weak demand

The export of Russian oil to Europe is decreasing because of the weak demand. European oil processing plants reduce production due to large expenditures and growing competition, the Financial Times writes.

According to Barclays, Urals crude supply from the Baltic Sea to northwestern Europe decreased by 18.2% in June 2014 compared to an average volume in 2013, while oil export from the Black Sea to the Mediterranean countries decreased by 10.7%.
