Rosneft puts out to tender oil and oil products transportation

Rosneft has announced tenders for railway transportation of its cargo. Operators were proposed to transport almost 22.5 million tons of oil and oil products for 9 months.
The total amount of contracts will make up about $1 billion. Rosneft introduced volume limits for one participant of the tender – not more than 8.2 million tons.
