Rosneft provides a guarantee for 22.2 billion rubles to its Norwegian subsidiary

The Rosneft’s Board of Directors has approved the administration of guarantees for 22.209 billion rubles to its subsidiary RN Nordic Oil AS, created for the participation in tender for shelf areas in Norway, the company says.
“The administration of guarantees by Rosneft (warranter) to Norwegian state and municipal authorities (creditors) on fulfillment of RN Nordic Oil AS’s obligations in connection with subsoil use on the Norwegian continental shelf. The deal value is 22.209 billion rubles,” – the report says.
