Minority shareholders of Saratov refinery reduced their requirement to Rosneft to 4.6 billion rubles

Minority shareholders of Saratov refinery, which filed a suit to commercial court of the Saratov region on recovery of losses for 2009 from RN Holding company, reduced the amount of the claim from 10 billion rubles to 4.6 billion rubles, the court’s press secretary Ekaterina Mikhailova reported.
The suit was filed by companies Lancrenan Investments Limited and Prosperity Holdings Limited, registered on Cyprus, in February of 2013.
