Mikhail Gutseriev to buy 9 small oil companies

The Oil company Neftisa of Mikhail Gutseriev has applied to the Federal Antimonopoly Service with the request to allow it to buy 9 small oil-producing companies that carry out production in the Volga region, Komi and Siberia, the ITAR-TASS reports.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service received request of Neftisa to buy 90% of voting shares in Samararostopprom, 100% of voting shares in Novosibirskneftegaz, 94.47% of voting shares in Severneftegaz, 90% of voting shares in Komnedra and 100% of voting shares in Chedty neft.
