SIBUR to start dispatching LHCG via Ust-Luga in May

In May 2013 SIBUR is going to start dispatching liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHCG) via sea port Ust-Luga in the Leningrad Region, General Director of the company, Dmitry Konov reported at the press conference.
