In Q1, Rosneft increases oil production by 9.5%

According to preliminary data, in January-March, the largest Russian oil company Rosneft increased oil production by 9.5% to 33.835 million tons under RAS from 30.895 million tons in the same period of the last year, the company reports. For the first time these results take into account the work of BP-TNK, which was bought by Rosneft on March, 21.

According to international standards, in the first quarter of 2013, the company’s production grew by 9.9% to 32.922 million tons from 29.952 million tons in the previous year.
