Gazprom’s subsidiary has made a complaint against the penalty for breakdown at gas pipeline

The Arbitration Court of the Saratov region has registered thecassation appeal of Gazprom Transgaz Saratov LLC against the decision refusing to cancel the administrative penalty of the company for a large breakdown at the gas pipeline, that stopped the gas supply to 22,000 people in the winter. The complaint and the materials on the case are passed for discussion to the Federal Arbitration of the Povolzhye federal area.
The reason of the accident was a breakdown at the branch of the transporting gas pipeline Ershov-Dergachi with diameter of 325 mm.
