NLMK updates blast furnace iron-making and plans to increase cast iron production

NLMK will start a project on the reconstruction of the blast furnaceNo6 in the first quarter of 2018. According to the plan, the blast-furnace will be fully demounted and rebuilt within 135 days, the press-service of NLMK reports.
Equipment supplier is Paul Wurth (Luxemburg). The reconstruction project is valued at 7.5 billion roubles.
