Baseline Scenario of the General Scheme of the oil industry until 2035 envisages the decrease in volumes of oil and gas condensate in Russia up to 531 million tons in 2016, the Deputy Director of the Energy Department of the "Institute of Energy and Finance" Fund Aleksey Belogoryev states.

In 2015 the volume of production was 534 million tons, according to TASS.
