Naftogas imported 1 bln cubic m of gas from Russia in February

An affiliate of Naftogas – Ukrtransgas – in February 2015 imported almost 1 bln cubic m of Russian gas, the company reports.
The gas supplies from Russia to the Ukraine were not held for almost half a year in 2014 and renewed only in December. According to Ukrtransgas, in December the Ukraine received almost 500 mln cubic m of gas from Russia, in Jan – over 900 mln cubic m.
Gazprom shipped gas to the Ukraine by the advance payment. At the present moment the relationships between the countries are complicated by the absence of the advance payment for March in full volume.
