MMK n.a. Ilyich to renew zinced products output from March 5th

The Mariupol metallurgical plant n.a. Ilyich of Metinvest group of R. Akhmetov launches a zincing unit (continuous hot zincing machine) from March 5th which was temporarily shut down in mid Jan, the press service of Metinvest reported.
The site of the cold rolling shop on the production of zinced steel will work at full loading and the unit is expected to produce 16 thousand tons of zinced products until the end of March. 40% of products will be shipped to the domestic market by the already signed contracts with consumers as well as to the stock houses of Metinvest-SMTS in all the regions of the Ukraine to cover the needs of the retail and wholesale buyers. The rest volume will be shipped to the CIS and far abroad markets.
