Russian coal production is up by 3% since early 2014

Coal production in Russia made up 56 million 810 thousand tons in January-February 2014. It is by 2.8% more year-on-year. There was produced 28 million 90 thousand tons in February. They said about it in the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy sector.

Coal supply to the domestic market in January-February 2014 went down by 11.1% to 29 million 730 thousand tons year-on-year, 14 million 520 thousand tons in February (-7.8% y-o-y).
