The production of the fourth major oil refinery, an order for the construction of which gave the President Nursultan Nazarbayev, will mostly be exported, Sayat Mynbayev, the president of JSC "National Company" KazMunaiGas" stated on Tuesday.
"The construction of the plant takes 5-6 years in any case, beyond this period, most of the products will be exported. It is probably impractical to build a plant at least 5-6 million tons, because it is linked to the economy of the plant, and thus in any case the part of the plant production has to be exported.
