Kazakhstan to build new oil refinery and to export petrochemicals

The goods made by the fourth large oil refinery will be mostly exported, the Chairman of the Management Board of KMG S. Mynbayev says. The plant was ordered to be constructed by the President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev.

Mr. Mynbayev says that construction of the plant will need 5-6 years, and outside the limits of the period they will have to exports most of its yield. It’s unreasonable to build a plant with capacity of less than 5-6 million tons, in connection with the economy of the object, that’s why they will have to exports most of its yield.
