Gazprom confirms receiving of the payment for gas from the Ukraine

Gazprom continues receiving of the payment for gas from the Ukraine despite partial delays in the payments, a participant of the London presentation of the holding says. He adds that the Ukraine is eager to get uninterrupted transit in its turn.
Gazprom thinks that some interruption in deliveries to Europe is possible in connection with the situation in the Ukraine.
Earlier the Minister of Energy of the Ukraine Y. Prodan said that the Ukraine was going to pay to the Russian Gazprom $400 million of $1.5 billion of the debt.
