TNK-BP increased the production in Uvat

In 2012 TNK-BP increased the production at the deposits in the South of the Tyumen region by 22% to 132 thousand barrels a day. The Uvat project still stays one of the key points of the company’s oil production.
Chief financial director of TNK-BP, J. Muir, said 2012 was successful but quite complicated for the company. We managed to go ahead by a number of key projects, including by one of the most perspectives ones – Yamal. Due to the Government support, we managed to explain and sign the long-term agreements for gas transportation, he said.
